  3. Ability to run 2 Outlook accounts on the desktop app

I have 2 outlook accounts and would love to be able to run both of them on my desktop app. Instead, I wind up having to use my desktop app for one and log in to the web app if I want to check the other. It's a pain.

  4. Meeting location scroll down list

    => Meetings/Appointments => Location (List)
The Mac implementation currently does not support a scroll down list of previously used meeting locations. The scroll down button is already in place but does not work. The Windows version can do it easily. Pls. enable this function also in the Mac version.

  8. Inserting watermark into Outlook messages

While generating a new e-mail, it will be nicer if we could insert watermarks into the message body (background).

  11. allow option to hide email messages prior to logging into Outlook

For privacy/confidentiality reasons, i don't like how you can see old emails prior to logging into my Outlook. Just like gmail, you should only show a screen asking for your username/email address and password so that others can't access or see your emails without logging in. After you log in, then your emails should become available.

  12. Search or display folder showing ALL MAILs in inbox and ALL subfolders

Office 2013 for Windows has a folder (in our company. Standard??) where you see ALL eMails.
Emails can be sorted, e.g. order by Folder etc.
Filtering and so on should be there as requested by other posts here.

  13. Add an option to make search reindexing easier

I haven't been able to search my email for week on the localised Outlook 2016 and it has been extremely disruptive and unproductive. None of the help works. I understand that Outlook for Windows have this option to reindex. I really hope that will become available for Mac too.

  15. Upgrade the fraud detection so it actually works.

The message "This sender failed our fraud detection checks..." is in all my emails. Every. Single. One. I must unblock every email individually to read them. This is one more step I don't need. It renders the "fraud detection" worthless.

  16. Link Contacts to a central Address

Link Contacts to a single, central Address, as Windows can, then when a business where I have dozens of separate Contacts moves, I can update a single Address and get on with living life

  17. I suggest you increase the size of the Email "Signature" window in Preferences so creating and editing is easier.

I suggest you increase the size of the Email "Signature" window in Preferences so creating and editing is easier. Maybe even have some editing tools in the window instead of "right clicking"

  18. Have a little more color, like when you have an e-mail selected and you hover the delete "X" in the toolbar, have the "X" turn red.

  19. Enable ability to POP-OUT Mail, Calendar, Contacts to display each on own screen.

Many today have multi-screen environments. I do not want to have to click which Outlook component I see, I want to put Mail, Calendar, and Contacts on separate screens by popping them out. Your current UI is so 1990's, please provide a generalized pop-out capability.

  20. Amount of new messages in collapsed folder

When a folder is collapsed and you the subfolder has new messages (due to filters) you have no chance to see them besides expanding the folder. It would be cool to see a sum of new messages in the subfolder.
