  1. BUG: Reproducible. When replying to an email as a meeting request and changing the subject line, the send button does not work

Outlook for Mac. Select any email. click the Meeting reply icon to reply to the email with a Meeting invite. Change the subject. Change the time. Try and hit send and nothing happens. If you hit send from the message menu, outlook crashes.

  2. I suggest you to include confirmation dialogue when replyAll includes e-mail list

I would like to see a confirmation box to click if reply/replyAll includes email list (based on ldap or whatever) with more than 2 participants.
This will help to think twice about replying emails to whole lists...

  5. Stop forcing the account description field to title/sentence case. Our company name is an acronym and we can't enter it correctly.

It is silly to strip user formatting for no functional reason. Our company XXXX becomes Xxxx and looks silly.

  7. Text formatting in shared notes

In our company we make use of shared notes (Outlook 2016). Text formatting is removed as soon as another user accesses a note, so we are forced to use plain text instead at this point. A fix with one of the next updates would be very appreciated.

  8. I suggest you Conversation View showing all the emails

As outlook does in Windows version, I suggest you to include all the emails in the conversation, not just the ones that are placed in the selected folder.
It would be so useful if you want to organise your email in some folders.

  10. Send Later Keyboard Shortcut

There is a keyboard shortcut to send an email so it only makes sense there should be one to create a 'send later' email.

  11. Inbox

Please bring back the notification of new emails next to the email account name and not the INBOX. I have three email accounts on Outlook. Before the last update, when I had a new email, there was a visible number next to the email account name that told me how many new emails I had in each Inbox. Now I have to toggle each email account name and hover or toggle overthe Inbox to find which Inbox has new emails. Seems a waste of time.

  12. Enable viewing a mailbox (inbox) by sending domain. To me that would mean that I could see my inbox - by Customer

I often end up having to much mail in my inbox.

I would like to be enabled to view a mailbox (inbox) by sending domain.

To me that would mean that I could see my inbox - by Customer - And that would speed up mail processing so much.

  13. I suggest you..

I have a hard time telling which day or meeting I'm on when I open your calendar. I'd love it if any previous days/meetings were grayed out.

This way, when I open the calendar, I can tell without a second thought, which day I'm on and what meeting is next.

  14. Add "open email in folder" context menu item

Open the folder that the email is located in and select the email that was selected after right-clicking on the email.

This would be a welcome feature to find the folder that an email is located in after searching for an email in all folders.

Functionality would be similar to locating a file when right-clicking on the file and selecting "open file location" after searching for a file..

  15. Allow deleting calendar invites without notifying the meeting organizer

When deleting a previously accepted single occurrence or series from the calendar, there should be a prompt asking if we want to notify the event organiser or not (similar to the behaviour in outlook for windows). Right now it seems the behaviour is similar to mac's default calendar client where you cannot delete a meeting without notifying the organiser.

  16. Take away the "You're Connected to too many services" message.

This message is getting old. My computer and internet connection are capable of many more connections than I have and the message is annoying. I have multiple accounts for a reason and I need to be able to use them all in Outlook for Mac.

  18. I'd like to add complete emails to my calendar.

I'd like to add emails to my calendar. So that if the notification pops-up I can directly click toward the related email and finish e.g. an assignment that was given in te email or reply to the email.

  20. Temporary disable AutoFormat list / border control

Currently when "automatic" bullet lists is ticked in the Autoformat preferences, typing a '-' space gives a first level bullet and '--' a second level bullet and '----' a full page line

There are times when I need this behaviour to turn off, which I would prefer to do while typing rather than through preferences. Could a a shift/cmd/opt key press be assigned to "disable" the auto-format control temporarily?
