  2. Add the ability to forward a calendar, as on the PC version of Outlook.

Right click on a calendar and forward to others. When you create a shared calendar you can forward to your team to add their out of office. This is possible on the PC version of outlook, but not the MAC version

  3. Outlook Calendar Response

Outlook Calendar responses should have editable 'To' and 'CC' field so that recipients can be added as per requirement.

  5. Outlook on Mac: Command+C on file or folder in Finder

Command+C on any file or folder (local or shared) brings a direct link into the body of email (Like Outlook 2011). This was an amazing feature in Outlook 2011 and i dont understand why it is not functioning anymore.

  7. Do not display unread count next to Archive folder

The new gmail-style archiving is a great feature, thanks for adding it.

The reason archiving is popular is because it's a way to get rid of emails without actually deleting them. It lets you achieve Inbox Zero.

But Outlook for Mac shows an unread count next to the Archive folder. When I archive a message, it needs to be out of my way unless I am actively searching for it.

Unread count for the Archive folder is useless, and worse, it is stressful for anybody managing a ton of email and using unread counts as indicators that action is required.

  8. Add an option to turn off the Clutter Folders in the Menu Dropdown Lists

Please add a Preferences Option to turn off the Clutter Folders in the Menu Dropdown Lists in the LHS Navigation ... they are using up valuable space needed for the dropdown menus that are useful.

Please separate and fix the four lines: "Posteingang"-"Entwürfe"-"Gesendete Elemente"-"Gelöschte Elemente" So I can scroll in the folders below while having the important 4 Lines in view - like it is in the Windows - Version.

  13. Put back the drag images attached to the message body text.

Drag the images attached to the message body text was a very useful and practical function, which existed in the previous version of Outlook for Mac, and was removed!

  16. Allow dragging attachment from one mail to another in full screen mode

In a previous iteration of full screen mode, I could open two emails side by side and drag an attachment from the one to the other. Without this, I have to save the attachment to the disk and then attach to a new email.

  18. Add a function that allows you to color one open outlook window, inbox, differently than another open outlook window, out box.

Add a function that allows you to color one open outlook window, for example you are viewing your inbox folder in one window, differently than another open outlook window, for example your sent folder. when answering hundreds of emails I like to have one main window open to inbox and one main window open to sent folder, which allows me to search for previously sent answers without losing my place in my inbox. Being able to color one from the other would help in easily knowing one from the other.

  19. Test a clock widget (instead of time selector) for picking time in calendar

Outlook should maybe try to test a clock widget instead of time selector for picking the time (for meetings, appointments etc.). Is it better? We don't know, that's why it should be tested. I see Outlook asa

Ideas comes from here and it doesn't belong to me but to the author of the following article: http://uxmovement.com/forms/why-a-clock-widget-is-easier-for-picking-time/
