End meetings early for Outlook for Mac
As described on this page, please add the ability to end meetings early for parity on the Windows version of Office 365 the way it's described below.
Especially during these times of this pandemic, having a built in mechanism to allow for time after meetings to check on family and prepare for next tasks.
End meetings early
If you're using Outlook for Microsoft 365, you can now have Outlook end your meetings a few minutes early. This can help you build in travel time between meetings. You can choose a different duration for meetings under one hour and meetings…

The New Outlook
The New Outlook seems not to support email.
When I click on it I get: The following accounts and items aren't supported and won't be available in the new Outlook.
It then lists all my email accounts, IMAP, POP, Gmail and Outlook plus On My Computer folders

The New version of Outlook should handle IMAP accounts
For those of us who use lots of IMAP accounts, the New Outlook will be a disaster. We will be cut-off from Emails. Also the On your computer saved emails has gone away. If this is close to the final version then Apple Mail is the only solution. Please fix this.

Compose new/reply - has to go into new popup window
Please make a setting that composing new emails & replies is done in popup window, rather than in-page. Literally everyone I know writes multiple emails at the same time, not just one, and people pop-open some old emails to drag stuff into new emails they are writing. Forcing me to click the icon to pop out the window is just ridiculous.

Looks very pretty, but seriously lacking needed functionality
The New Outlook really needs to be a fit for purpose tool, its lacking so many important features that it is impossible to use as is.
- Lack Imap (and POP) support so using with anything other than a main 365 account is impossible.
- Lack display of shared mailboxes
- Lots of Addons not working / or even displaying (Citrix Files in my case)
After this I stopped looking further - its a total non starter without these basic functions. Just a pretty skin that doesn't work.
So my idea is - Get it working with basic functions then push to the…

FIX: 2020 Outlook for Mac UI doesn't show coworker's calendars
I tried the new 2020 Outlook for Mac UI... it looked much better but when I tried to view coworkers calendars I could not see any other contact in my organization. When I set up a meeting, I couldn't even use scheduling assistant to see the invitees time conflicts for that meeting. I had to revert back to the older version because this is showstopper missing functionality.

ISO 8601 standard week number option
Based on the ISO week number standard (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISOweekdate), the ISO 8601 definition for week 01 is the week with the first Thursday of the Gregorian year (i.e. of January) in it. So I would expect 2021 week 1 to start on January 4, 2021. Instead it shows that 2021 week 1 starts on Dec 28, 2020.
I believe the Mac version of Outlook needs the option (First week of year: "First 4-day week") that is present in the Windows version, so that we can set it to conform to the ISO definition. https://superuser.com/questions/1246132/wrong-week-number-in-outlook

Customize ribbon
Provide an ability to customize the ribbon, like moving features around. I wanted to move the SEND button farther to the right but can't.

When switching emails/views in Outlook, light mode set as background doesn't stay as a default option and reverts back to dark mode.

Allow us to Customize the RIBBON and Quick Access Toolbar
Reorganize your ribbon so that functions are grouped together, OR better yet, allow users to customize their ribbons and quick access toolbars for their own needs as users on a Windows platform can!

The bottom Status bar missing
Switched to new Outlook (Mac) and switched right back! The Status bar at the bottom missing. Can't see the number of mails in the active folder or the last sync time/status.

Support local (on my Mac) storage of email files
Hard to believe, but the new Outlook doesn't support storing of emails locally on my Mac.
The old Outlook (Outlook for Mac v16.42 does support email stored locally. This is a critical feature which you've dropped.
What were you thinking Microsoft??? Are you trying to drive me to a non-Microsoft email client? It sure looks that way.

Please bring back the categories feature in Outlook for Mac.
It difficult to filter out the information while on the Calendar, Notes, Task or Contacts.
At least give the option to filter by Category on list view and collapse group like in Windows Outlook.
