  1. Unread Emails

I am using Outlook on iMac and I find it difficult to find unread emails in case an email is too old. It shows count of unread emails but where are they?
If there could be a tab where we see the unread email that would amazing

  2. Can we get a way to highlight the current day in the Work Week, Week, Month & List views?

If you look at the monthly calendar view - you're already almost there. Portions of the calendar that are in a different month have a grey background.

Excellent - now extend that idea with an option to put "Today" in a different background colour than the other days in the current Week/Month/List.

Another idea is to create an option to make days other than "Today" have a different colour background.

Please do this everywhere you display appointments/meetings other than the "Today" view.

  3. move the search box back to where it was, why do you change it? Or if you do give the option to not have it changed, very frustrating,

don't change the placement of search boxes, or have the option to easily put it back.
Keep it simple stupid, a very easy thing to keep in mind

  4. Trash Folder for Inboxes I Manage in the Desktop App

When I delete an email from a department inbox I manage in the desktop app, it asks me if I am ready to delete this mail permanently. However, when I am in the online app, there is a trash folder for this inbox so I do not need to delete emails permanently when clearing out my inbox. Could this feature be made available in the Desktop App?

  5. Allow me to exclude Outlook from Insider installs

Allow me to specify that Outlook, an essential communications tool that manages legacy data, be able to be excluded from "Insider" installation.

In other words, I'm happy to take my chance on applications like Word, Excel and PowerPoint to ***** up single documents, but not Outlook destroying years of correspondence. Just not acceptable.

Your "all or nothing" installer seems like the work of a lazy developer. Get over that and allow me to control what exactly ends up on MY machine.

  7. I suggest you add an option for the "work offline" button, where it automatically turns off after x time (5, 10, 15, 30, minutes, etc.).

I suggest you add an option for the "work offline" feature, where it automatically turns off after x time (5, 10, 15, 30, minutes, etc.). So users can eliminate incoming emails as a distraction while keeping their calendar open and focusing on other work.

  10. Show whether calendar is tentative due to my meeting or some other

When I have scheduled a meeting in Calendar, and the time on attendees calendar shows as tentative, it does not really distinguish between the case where it is tentative due to my meeting which they have not responded to OR because the time is tentative on their calendar due to some other meeting invite they have not responded to / some other tentatively accepted meeting.

  11. Implement anything on this UserVoice at all

I really haven't seen much of this UserVoice ever get implemented. I see the same old problems with Outlook on Mac now that I did 4 years ago.

Until we get connections to Apple calendars and contacts, and Outlook for Mac has any functionality of Outlook for Windows above what it has now, there's just no point in using it. I think we're simply being ignored.

  13. Be able to schedule a single email for later sending

Can I schedule an email to send at a specific time in the future? I don't see anything in the menu items (apart from setting up a rule, which seems nuclear). I'm using MacOS, Outlook 16.16.21

  18. Turn Off Notifications for Shared Calendars

There should be an option to disable the notifications (reminders) for shared calendars events in Outlook for Mac.

  19. Emoticons vs Red Flag

I was reading my email and thought.. do you believe is possible to add emoticons to classify the emails? And not just the Red Flag. For example a heart, a like, a face, etc.
    It’s just an idea.
This is to follow-up and classify in a better way your emails.

  20. Unfollow message in Outlook for a Mac

Add the ability to unfollow or not get notified on a certain message that is available in O365, but not the full client. I'm baffled that this isn't already a feature in 2020.
