  1. Place specific TLD's in spam folder.

create a uniform way to exclude specific TLD's from email and place it automatically in the spam/junk folder so I don't have to individually exclude it.

  2. Add the option to schedule reminder emails on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or choosing other options.

I would like to see an option to schedule reminder emails. When you have something that you need to remember daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or just random days and you need others involved as well. This would be great is you need to send out an email that is the same each week to remind others of things that need to be done. I know that the calendar does this, but sometimes we need an email to be sent instead and it might need to be sent weekly.

Example: You need employees to respond to your email weekly with information…

  3. Block image loading in the spam folder + whitelist emails for showing images

    The short version:

    1) Images in the spam folder should be separate from the global setting to show images in email and NEVER show them automatically
    2) If images are set to never load by default, copy the Windows Outlook feature where a user can build a one-by-one whitelist of emails to load images on without the user cluttering up their address book.

The long version: Outlook 2016 for OS X has this terrible, terrible feature when it comes to images. I'm accustomed to Outlook on Windows, where you can globally block all images from loading in an email, globally…

  5. Make the Autosave drop down optional

The autosave dropdown is very distracting - please add a way to disable this

  6. Improve Recurrence or Repeat feature to include recur or repeat after last complete.

I remember in previous versions for Windows you could setup a repeating task to repeat or recur from the date you completed it and skip all the days missed in between the date it was due and the date you completed it.

So if a task was due on a specific day, and it is supposed to repeat everyday, but you missed a few days, you won't have to click complete for the days missed until the current day. It would recur after the last date completed.

Just as an example (maybe not a good one but...) if you had…

  8. Ever since Outlook upgraded - without any warning to its users - my Outlook for Mac 2011 no longer works.

I have used my hotmail account ever since the late 90s and I am very disappointed that Outlook have upgraded without any prior warning to its users. I have Outlook for Mac on my laptop and use it with IMAP. Ever since the upgrade, it hasn't worked. Further, I've had people complaining to me that they have been unable to open my mail, or they haven't received it, or their emails aren't getting through to me. At a time when I am trying to organise my wedding, not being able to access and use my hotmail has been very upsetting.

  11. Alternative sender address like in Outlook for Windows

Please add support for an alternative sender address to Outlook for Mac like the Windows version already has. It should be possible to pick a sender address easily while composing a message.

  13. show all email

At a quick glance, Outlook for Mac (Version 14.6.5) is missing several emails when comparing to emails seen on Office 365. Any suggestions?

  14. Storage size columns sort incorrectly. They sort numerically without regard for KB, MB.

When looking at mailbox size (Storage tab in mailbox properties) the size columns sort by number without accounting for KB or MB. For example, subfolder X is 1.8 MB and subfolder Y is 1.9 KB, but folder X is listed as the smaller subfolder.

  16. Allow additional address line in contact

Many, if not the majority, of business addresses contain multiple lines (Suite, Bldg, etc.). I see no ability to add these to a contact.

  20. Add People tags

We tag people in everything these days. So why wouldn't we have the ability to @tag someone in the body of an email itself? That way when sending group messages, you can spot people and take actions directly from their names.
