Make the Outlook calendar viewable on the computer desktop without opening Outlook. Choose daily, weekly or monthly views and scroll through the calendar to desired day. Allow for editing of daily events and tasks. Add a feature which includes an added notes pop up on a calendar day if more info is needed. The calendar can be viewed at full size or resized to a preferred size or hidden/revealed by a simple key command. Opacity of calendar can be adjusted and choices to highlight the day of event or other aspects of the calendar are available. Include a side bar…

  3. Restore COLORED labels instead of the small swatch (that moves!)

The 2011 version does this right- the colors are obvious and visible- in 2016 it’s a tiny bar that moves around. Flagging works as expected (i.e. the usability is good for that). So does the Calendar. Even contacts shows big bold colors

  5. create subfolder

It would be helpful if I could create a folder from a highlighted email or several highlighted emails rather than going over to my Inbox and creating a subfolder under there, then going back and highlighting again and moving the emails to the subfolder.

  7. autocorrect

Issue with mac autocorrect. the autocorrect options and emojis are not working while using it on mac. in earlier version it was working fine, but the new mail editor is really useless, with no emojis or not even correcting the mac keyboard autocorrect words.

  8. Let me enter time easier

Let me enter time easier than 1999. :)
I am in new meeting window. I enter the hour but then I have to enter tab to be able to enter minutes. Why do I have to enter the tab key. Why not let me enter the time free form? Same for dates.

  9. When you add someone to an email alias, they should receive an invite to all the meetings that alias has already been invited too.

  10. Edit Screen shots pasted

Need a feature to edit pictures directly in mail. It is useful to highlight some areas with symbols and arrows on pasted screenshots.

  12. Add Timeline View To Track Milestones

For project tracking purposes it would be great to be able to select text from within an email (or a calendar event/to-do/etc) and drag it to a timeline view. The creation date of the selected text/item would determine it's place on the timeline. A header/event name could then be entered to identify the item on the timeline. Clicking on the item will take the user back to the original item (email/calendar event/etc). There would need to be the ability to create and name multiple timelines based on project name, conversation, task, sales division. This would provide a much faster view…

  13. Add Auto-Fill for Email subject when sharing a file from Excel or Word

In Windows when you share a file via email directly from Excel/Word/PowerPoint - Outlook automatically fills the Subject field with file name. This is very simple function, but saves a lot of time.
Please enable the same function on Mac!

  17. that the ability to select multiple attachments

The PC version has this, please offer capacity to select multiple files, events, meetings in Mac version Outlook by offering option to:
Select Multiple Nonadjacent Files with Command+Click
Select Adjacent Files with Shift+ Click,
One of the only programs to not offer this on a Mac. This is a critical feature present in PC version but sorely missing in MAC. Thanks

  19. There is a bug in MS Outlook for the Mac - I cannot paste data from copy/paste buffer

Cannot copy a link from Google Chrome address bar into responding email.

Using Mac OS X El Capitan version 10.11.5, Google Chrome for OS X version 51.0.2704.84, MS Outlook version 14.6.4 (160422)

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open an Email message in Outlook.
    2. Select Reply All.
    3. Copy an address from Google Chrome address bar (Ctrl-C)
    4. Try to paste address is the reply email (Ctrl-V).
    5. Address does not paste. Doesn't matter if you use pop-up menus or keyboard short cuts.

This is Very basic functionality. Was this recently broken with latest update?
