  1. Ability to cc other attendees when declining a meeting

Ability to CC other people when declining a meeting with comment. This can bring your absence to the attention of other key people, not just the organizer.

  2. Send and move/delete

    Send and move/delete
Lotus notes has this nice feature which keeps your mails organized - one can send the e-mail and the sent message can be moved to propper folder or delete within the send procedure - user simply selects the folder on pressing the "send and move" button and that is it or can trash the mail right after sending.

  4. Make integration with iPhoto or Photos for Mac

2011 Outlook for Mac you could select photos in iPhoto and send them with Outlook. Now you cannot. You have to use Apple's Mail program. Not my favorite way to do it since Outlook is what I use for email.

  5. Calendar "Stacked" view

Add the ability to "stack" or "unstack" the calendar view so that you can show multiple calendars either side by side or stacked on top of each other as layers. This is available in Outlook for windows.

  6. filter unread email no longer works properly since 160707 update

I have been out of the office for a 10 days, I dealt with important email, but now I have a lot of unread email and a lot of read email, due to the very low presentation density of the standard GUI I try to filter for unread email, but the only unread email that shows up are the four items older than three weeks ie before 15.24.160707 update, but I know I have a couple of hundred unread email in my inbox since then

  7. use gravatar for contacts that have no profile image but do have a gravatar

When a contact does not have a profile image but the user does have a gravatar image it would be nice if outlook used the gravatar image instead of the default coloured cirlce with initials.

  9. Emails with filing rules should be shown in unread mail/inbox until they have been read or replied

Outlook for PC I had this dialed in. I assigned a rule to all email senders for their email to be filed into their respective folder. When i do this with Outlook for Mac the unread email only appears in the contact folder assigned to that sender. It doesn't appear in my inbox/unread mail folder! When you receive standard mail in your mailbox at home you open, read them, then file them away as needed. The Outlook for Mac rules should accommodate this simple and logical solution.

  13. BUG: pop-up disturbs writing an e-mail

BUG: when writing an e-mail, a pop-up appears saying "Nachricht wird gespeichert" (german version). The problem: At this point, the mail window is set to background so that everything you type is lost until you set the mouse into the mail window again. Critical!!!!

There is no chance to deactivate this, or is there?

  14. revert back to being able to drag attachments from sent/received emails into a new ine

I suggest you revert back to being able to drag attachments from one email into the other. So a received attachment can be easily dragged into a draft email I'm sending someone else. Now I all of the sudden need to save it first to my HD before attaching it manually = no easy drag and drop anymore

  15. Support for Reply-to

When I send a message to a distribution list, I want to be able to specify that any replies will come straight to me and not go to the entire distribution list. Therefore, Outlook needs to support the reply-to function that most other mail clients support.

  17. I suggest you create a button to turn off the "What's new for Outlook" popup when I start Outlook.

This popup slows down startup and any info here should be available in Help resources.

  19. Allow files on shared servers to be linked to in emails.

In the earlier Outlook, you could click a file, press 'Command' + 'C' and then go into a new email, press 'Command' + 'V' and it would paste a link. Now you have to right click the file, select 'Get Info' and then highlight and copy the 'Server' text, then in the email you have to click 'Hyperlink' and create a link. It takes so much more time and effort!

  20. Add a "Working remotely" status on calendar

Add a "working remotely" status, so colleagues can see that you're available to attend meetings via teleconference but not live.
