  2. Office 365 For Mac should have the same features available for the PC.

Office 365 For Mac should have the same features available that PC users get. You are paying for a half built product and this simply isn't good enough. I would like to be able to swap over from Google Docs but I am seriously looking at cancelling my office 365 subscription and going back to using Gmail / Calendar and Google Docs directly as there really isn't any point me using office 365 for Mac. It is as though Microsoft purposely want to focus on a product for their PC customers. If you made the product equal to that available…

  3. Allow ability to see Calendar (or tasks, etc.) on right sidebar while working in mail

Allow ability to see Calendar (or tasks, etc.) on right sidebar while working in mail. This was previously very helpful in past Windows versions

  5. Icons version 16.20 for Mac

The new icons are very very very ugly. That pure white over light gray is unappealing and they are all so similar that I need a few seconds of thinking and reading what they are before I can press them.

PS: How sneaky is it that I have to agree to be bombarded with stuff to submit my feedback?

  6. Scheduling Assistant

    While scheduling assistant allows you to select "Show Work Hours" when Work Days are made in Outlook preferences, it would be great to reflect the work days as well when using Scheduling assistant. For eg. If M-F are set as my work days, I should only see those days in scheduling assistant and not Saturday and Sunday;

  7. automatic update - remove (frequent and annoying) prompt to change to automatic install

When selecting the office update option "automatically check" (as opposed to "manually check" and "automatically download and install"), since a few weeks the user gets a pop-up in the OSX notification centre to turn on the "automatically download and install" option. Every time I choose the option 'not now', then the app Microsoft AutoUpdate is started. First you get another pop-up where you again have to choose 'not now' for the 'automatically download and install" option.
Most of the time there is no update.

I choose the "automatically check" option as I want to be notified that an update is…

  9. Incorporate new visual iconography for Office for Mac in attachments sections in Outlook for Mac app

Please also change the attachment icons for Office for Mac application in Outlook for Mac. It must show the new icon design instead of the old one.

  10. Dark mode without Mojave requirement

Please implement Dark Mode in every supported macOS (10.12, 10.13), not just Mojave (10.14).
    Thank you.

  13. Allow users to define the "Theme Fonts" for Outlook emails and calendar items.

The preferences in Outlook allow a user to set default fonts when creating items, but this only applies to the first text entered in the message box. If the text insertion point is placed elsewhere, the text will be in the "Theme Font" that is listed in the font selection drop down box. This "Theme Font" is Calibri, and presently there is no way to change this "Theme Font". The result is messages done in multiple fonts, or constantly having to change stuff from the "Theme Font" to whatever the user prefers.

  14. Add a tab to the Mac menu bar

Add a tab to the Mac menu bar to show unread messages on which you can click to bring up Outlook window. This functionality exits in the Dock, but it would be great in the menu bar.

  15. Automatic Updater

Listen to the user and when they say no to automatic updates, you NEVER ask again. No means no. It's a simple word. Is it too difficult to understand?

  16. Add another sound set other than "Default" on Mac

On Mac you cannot really do any customization of sounds other than toggle them off or on. There is only the "Default" sound set on the sound set drop-down.

  17. Allow for reordering the side bar

Consider allowing the sidebar to be reordered. Changing the order that multiple accounts are listed it. Also allow smart folders to be moved up;. Thanks!

  18. Provide Outlook (or Word) with a different decoration color.

It is easy to spot my Excel and PP windows, they have unique colors. Outlook and Word have the same color, blue. Since I run Outlook all the time, it would help if it were a different and unique color. Yellow, Purple or whatever.

  19. Need .PST functionality on macOS

Implement offline data file functionality on macOS similar to windows.

If I ask myself what sets apart outlook from macOS mail, it is the way offline data handling is implemented in outlook. Once you are used to the convenience of using .PST files you are hooked to Outlook for the rest of your life.

Which makes me wonder why it is implemented so differently on macOS. if one has to settle for anything less, then one might as well use the native mail app on macOS and steer clear of Outlook altogether.

I would love to get the .pst functionality…

  20. Noticed some changes in Outlook 365 since I updated to iOS Mojave version 10.14.2 for MAC. Are updates coming soon?

I am using iOS Mojave 10.14.2. It would be nice if MS Outlook 365 changed with my preferences for either Light Mode or Dark Mode. Right now I seem to have half light and half dark. Before I did the Apple update MS Outlook had changed over to Dark Mode (after a less recent Microsoft Update).
