Add a view that allows pages to be nested under the sections they were created within, in the OneNote application.
Add views that allow pages to be nested under the sections they were created within, in the OneNote application. The aim of this to slim down the side panel to see more content without resizing for smaller screens. Alternatively, tab the sections across the top (under the ribbon), and then leave the page navigation to be on the left or right side of the window (optional) for each tab (section) above.

Remove extra line spaces introduced by Outlook for Mac in Notes
When Outlook for Windows Notes are edited in Outlook for Mac, extra line spaces are introduced when viewed again in Outlook for Windows. Extra line spaces with every cycle. Same problem with Tasks

Allow for attachments and insertion of graphics etc. in Notes
It would be helpful if users could post pictures, pdf's, word and excel documents etc. inside their individual Notes. Thanks for considering this feature.

Voice record
Hello everyone. how about Outlook for desktop (for Mac, Windows, iOS and Android) to create the "voice recording" function in notes or tasks? This is key to recording audios at business meetings. For sellers and business people this is critical. What do you think of that? I currently use this function through Evernote. It would be perfect if it were by Outlook, since I use for emails and calendar work.

Sync notes to iCloud.
Sync up local notes to iCloud. Seems to have disappeared or not working any more. That was a great feature and relevant for business usage.e

Notes for each mail
Outlook is till date the best email application i have used! If you can add a feature where user can add personal notes about each mail (that only user can see on his machine)

Save changes automatically
Save changes to notes automatically. I've noticed I've made changes and when I go to another device, I don't see the changes there and realize all my work is left on the other device and wasn't sync'd to the cloud (until save is made).

Share Outlook Notes
The notes in Outlook need to have an option to share within an org or people. Multi edit can be added later if needed but I should be able to share the note so people can view it and as I update the note they get the update. I don't want to forward the note everytime.

Fix notes so that I can sort on columns. Appears that you can only sort on "Date Modified"
When I click on Categories or Date Created, it does not sort my note entries. Only Date Modified works. Please fix

Move frequently accessing notes to the list top
Move frequently accessing notes to the list top.
Outlook Note is one of my primarily used functions. It's efficient and easy to use. But there's one fault, that it can't move a note to the list top, makes me depressed. To almost everyone who often uses Note, he would have several frequently accessing notes, but there's no trick to make it.
I'm using the OS X edition of Outlook 15.40(171108), and I tried several means to achieve this function, but it's in vain. Firstly, I assigned those special notes a different category, and sorted the note list by categories, but…4 votes -

to add the global list for DoD
I used to use the outlook on the windows, I do not have any issue to find any email address, however I am missing the address book on the Mac. any recommendation please?
