Improve Search Feature
I have a hard time finding contacts when using the search feature. Most of my searches turn up "no match found" but they are in my contacts. It's very frustrating to have to work so hard to pull up a contact.

A setting for choosing the display name syntax for contacts.
At the moment there isn't a possibility to change the display name. Outlook for MAC has always the syntax "given name" and "surname" but it would be very helpful to change this because it has also an impact to my Outlook for Windows 10.

Auto Trim e-mail addresses when pasted into a contact
When an e-mail is pasted into the contact field it looks like this: > Outlook should auto trim off each side of the e-mail address so it works in this field.

I suggest that you make Outlook 2019, downloaded from Office 365 on my Mac, capable of exporting files in CSV format as an option.
Make Outlook capable of exporting in CSV format as an option.

Make Outlook for Mac a Professional/Adult Application vs. Kid-version.
Are there any plans to take Outlook for Mac from kid-version to adult/professional version??? I really need the fields from Exchange for Assistant's Name, Manager's Name, Assistant's email, Assistant's Ph #, And I really don't need zodiac sign, age (really???), blood type. It's bad when you have to use your iPhone to save and look up the Assistant's name. Thank you Apple for sending that field to the iPhone. I do appreciate what has been done to stabilize Outlook for Mac in the past many months.

Make it Easier to Enter E-Mail Addresses
Many enterprise emails use the format
firstname.lasname@company.com
firstnameinitial.lastname@company.comOnce the name info is entered (and it is usually the first thing one does) Outlook should suggest the email address based on the above formats so that the user can simply pick one or enter a bespoke email address.

Please add CardDav to make it possible to actually fully use Outlook for Mac.
Please add CardDav to make it possible to actually fully use Outlook for Mac.CardDav will help synchronise to iCloud address book, Gmail and other services.
As long as CardDav is missing your are bound to use Mac Mail for accessing the address book in Mac.

Offer multiple file form options for outputting contacts
Offering the option to export contacts in a CSV or delimited tab formats allows for easier exchange with Apple's mac mail, and offers an incentive for Mac users to fluidly use Outlook for Mac.

Please add contact list back to outlook. New Group is not what I need, I just want to send them an email, and not chat with them.
Bring back the old contact List. Hate the new Group, I just want to send emails to my list and not chat with them. Very upset I lost my old contact lists.

provide the ability to colorize contacts by email account
if you have multiple email addresses, it would be helpful to be able to colorize the contacts so you know which one is from which email account.
