  5. I suggest you hire/enlist individuals who are on the "Support" with knowledge, experience, and education to be able address problems/issues.

Hire individuals working with SUPPORT to have knowledge of the software, have experience working with the software, and most importantly, have education/training on the software.

  6. In Contacts- include the "Display" and the "close and new" features.

Add the "Display" option when entering people to Contacts so the entire name and their email address is not shown to all other recipients.
Also add the "Close and New" option to move quickly from adding one new Contact to the next.

  7. Support for Asian name

    Contact Name display issue.
As an Asian, I prefer to see my contact name as ‘last name’ + ‘first name’. But Outlook does not provide such option neither the option does not work.
Sometimes I include job title in my contact’s first name. In the case, the contact name is displayed very wierd.

  9. When I select add sender's email add to my address, I don't see it in my Outlook for MAC contacts.

Allow me to see my contacts from the Outlook for MAC view. If the ability to do this already exists, it is not user friendly for semi-adept technology users like me.

  12. Whitespaces

Remove whitespaces from email address in the Address Book (AB). When I send an email to a Contact from AB, if they happen to have white spaces at the end, then they are invalid and the email is not sent. Not a big issue, but annoying

  13. Contacts

I was wondering if a second ‘mobile’ option in Outlook Contacts could be added ‘work mobile’ as nowadays, most people have a personal mobile and a work mobile.

  15. Please alloc conatcts be synced to People in Mac Outlook

    Hi,

I have become part of Insider Fast. This should have allowed me to sync my contacts from my email id {backed by Google} and it should have appeared in my Outlook for Apple Mac. However this is not happening.

How do it do it. I have followed all steps as per the below link

    https://blogs.office.com/en-us/2017/03/01/outlook-2016-for-mac-adds-support-for-google-calendar-and-contacts/

Kindly help . Its frustrating to not see the contacts in the address book and be able to use them

Please xtend this to Volume licensing users just as you may have extended it to Office 365 users. Why differentiate if they all of…

  16. Picture/Logo Missing when not in Main Account

I have two account and all my contacts are in the second account. I can simply access this from emails with address book but when i open emails, Outlook for Mac does not scan for the person in the second address book. So i can't see the picture or logo I added.

  17. Add the ability to hide outlook groups/ Place groups in a separate tab.

Outlook Groups that you are in automatically show up in the Mail Tab, without the ability to disable them. Adding that ability or adding a separate Groups tab would be helpful for those that need to simplify the veiw for email.

  18. Sync Outlook Address Book on different devices

Very limiting not to have access on my laptop to contacts entered on my desktop and viceversa. They should synchronise automatically.

  19. Create read/write permissions for Microsoft Groups to manage them better.

The microsoft groups feature is great, but could use a lot more management. We would like to be able to disallow people from leaving a group as well as manage read vs read/write access to groups.

  20. UNITED KINGDOM: County Field for Address

I'm from the UK and I use Microsoft Exchange in my Outlook For Mac.

UK addresses have 'County' i.e. Hertfordshire, Cornwall, Essex etc. This is the equivalent of a State in USA.

In Outlook for Windows, Microsoft Exchange, Apple Contacts, Old versions of Outlook for Mac, Google Contacts etc. this field exists as it's essential.

Outlook for Mac is the only place not to, so I presume it's an oversight?
