Thanks for voting!
One alternative is to subscribe to iCloud calendar with your Exchange/O365 email accounts or any Outlook account, and then sync the same accounts in Outlook for Mac. See details:

Add calendar quick view feature
The Windows version of Outlook displays a calendar "quick view" feature where the user can see all upcoming events and tasks, alongside viewing email. This is very helpful as you don't have to keep switching to the Calendar view to look at events for the day. This feature should be added to the Mac version.

Web calendar
Would like to have the ability to add external, web (.ICS) calendars in Outlook calendar. For example, I use TripIt as one of my calendars, they provide a webcal/caldav link that would allow me to see my travel calendar from Outlook (this is supported in the PC version) but 2016 still does not support that. Please consider it, it is not very hard but makes life SO much easier.

Allow users of Office 2011/2016 in Mac to set customer reminders for calendar
I am a user of Outlook on Windows for 15 years and on MacOS for 5 years. There is a feature for calendar reminders on Windows which is not available on Mac version and I would like to request it be introduced in a future upgrade (sooner the better)
I have tested this functionality and confirmed it is available on Windows Outlook 2007-2010-2013-2016 but it is not available on Office for Mac either 2011 or 2016.
When I create a new calendar entry and go to set a reminder, I get the same arbitrary list of reminder times on both…

Allow to scroll the calendar (month view) using the mouse wheel
Like in Outlook for PC or Apple Calendar it is possible to gradually scroll through time by just using the mouse-scroll-wheel.
On the Outlook Mac version you can only jump back and forth month by month and only via the buttons in the upper left corner.600 votes -
Automatically suggest potential meeting time slots that all attendees can make
Old title - Add the ability to suggest a new time for a conference.
253 votesThis was incorrectly marked as completed. This is different from propose new time which is available in Mac Outlook. Apologies for the confusion.

Attachments
I wish there was a way to search through meetings for everything with an attachment of a certain size. My IT dept puts mailbox limits and having 4 years of attachments sitting in calendar meetings is killing me.

Allow delegates to create Online Meetings on behalf of
Currently delegates cannot create a Lync (or Skype for Business) Online Meeting on behalf of their manager/principal/delegator. They can create a meeting on behalf of, just not an online meeting on behalf of (see link below).
Please add that function as many of our admins are left out in the cold!!!

Allow sorting of calendar entries by size
If you need to clear space on your calendar, having the ability to sort calendar entries by size becomes very helpful. This feature exists in Outlook for Windows and it would be nice to see this in Outlook for Mac for the sake of feature parity.
