  2. the red time marker should only show up on today

the red time marker should only show up on today. It is very confusing to be overlaid on the whole week. I keep thinking I'm late for something / very hard for me to glance at the right day.

  4. Canceled dates should remain visible

I suggest you the function "Cancel date", which should cross out the date in the calendar but keep it visible, until chosen otherwise

  6. Support handling of custom protocols.

    Support handling of custom protocols:

    1. Treat custom protocol links as hyperlinks: protocol://my-awesome-link (need ability to click and highlight it)

    2. Support open application that is responsible for handling custom protocol links:
With example above application responsible for protocol:// handling should be opened

  7. Outlook Mac 2019 (volume licensing version) directly open google agenda .ics calendars.

Currently, having a google agenda in Outlook2019 is not possible without Office 365. My company is not using Office 365 or Sharepoint 2019, therefore I can't open my google web agenda.

  8. Open installed onenote application instead of onenote in browser

First off, thank you for getting one note integrated into Outlook, albeit in a not-so-perfect manner

Currently, when you open onenote notes from a meeting, outlook prompts for opening one note and when the user selects, it opens out one note in the browser, even when onenote application is already installed.

Can we modify the behavior to open the one note application directly, if it is already installed?

  9. Dim past days and events in outlook

at the moment, all days and events look exactly the same, regardless if that day/even has passed. By dimming any past days and events, the most relevant and pressing events will be highlighted and easy to recognize.

  10. allow a calendar entry subject to be edited in the weekly view without opening entry

What happened to allowing a user to rename a calendar entry inline in the weekly view after dragging the time slot. It used ot let you set the subject in weekly view without having to open the entry AND click in the the subject AND click on save...

  11. "Outlook for Mac does not currently support adding holidays to calendars." ?!?!

Where could I even begin to intimate how absurd this is. Holidays can not be added to calenders? That is complete madness. It doesn't even make sense, how can you even plan ahead if you dont know when all the holidays are? Why would you limit this tool like that? Total madness.

  15. Option in Calendar list view 2 see who/when someone w/in a shared cal has created/modified an appt (i.e w/assistants who sched for others)

It would be nice for there to be time stamps on when calendar appointments in a shared calendar are created & modified; also by whom did these tasks would be great when someone is able to access/schedule on behalf of another.

  16. Make links in Applications Deep Links to other office Apps

When creating meeting notes in OneNote from Outlook MAC, the link to “Open in OneNote” launches my web browser to Office365 OneNote web. It would be better if it deep-linked to the new note in the OneNote desktop app.

  17. Allow me turn off automatic meetings from emails from the outlook client.

Outlook has an inbuilt scanning feature which allows it to find out if you have an invite to email, a flight ticket, hotel reservations, package delivery and allows Outlook Calendar to automatically create calendar entries. I get multiple flight and travel emails for the same event and I will get 4 or more duplicate calendar items. I cannot turn it off in my client and don't have access to OWA where this is supposedly where you can turn off. Add a configuration item in the clients (Mac too please).

  19. When replying on a Calendar item, allow others to be added on the "To:" besides the Calendar item creator

Often I need key members of a meeting to know I can't attend or have a conflict with a meeting- I need the ability to add an additional person to my tentative or decline response.
I can do this in the Windows version without issues- the functionality is missing from the MAC version of Outlook

  20. I suggest you add CalDav support to Outlook for Mac.

Corporate mail server is CalDave - whether we like it or not. Want to integrate in Outlook rather than using iCal!
