  1. Send updates to changed recipients in calendar events

Add back in the option to allow updates to calendar events to be sent only to the changed (added, deleted, etc) recipient/s!

  2. Major issue with Free/Busy not working in Scheduling Assistant for Invitees outside your own organisation

when I worked at Cisco, the Free/Busy info in Scheduling Assistant was invaluable. Now I'm independent, I work with Cisco and other organisations and we want to share Free/Busy info. This doesn't work for the Scheduling Assistant. Please make it do so and help us all be productive, wherever we are, and more inclined to use Teams, O365, Planner, etc

  4. Ability to edit calendar event title made by someone else

Please bring back the ability to edit an event title created by someone else. People make calendar events referring to themselves and invite me. This makes it look like it's my own event (ex. "I'm on PTO" is on my calendar when it's actually a coworker). I understand if I'm the only one who can see this event but it's causing massive confusion and clutter because I can no longer update the title.

  5. Harass me more when I don't react to a notification

I miss a lot of meetings because I don't hear the reminder chime. I would like the option for a more intrusive notification system so that if I'm in the bathroom when the first chime goes off, or if the notification falls behind another window, Outlook yells at me to acknowledge it instead of waiting.

  7. Highlight local time zone when multiple time zones are enabled

I have multiple time zones enabled so I can see what time it is for my global collaborators. However, most of the time when I look at my calendar, I want to see MY time zone. Please consider using shading or highlights to emphasize the local time zone visually so it's easier to see my own events.

  9. Drag and drop to new date on the left pain

It would be really helpful if you could drag the calendar appointment to the left pain to change the date more easily

  11. Calendar Meeting Control

In previous versions, I was able to have complete control of my calendar meetings, whether I owned the meeting or not. Currently, I'm only able to customize my owned meetings and I would like to bring back the functionality to control all meetings. For example, I have two meetings overlapping, but will be leaving one meeting early and attend another. I'm now not able to fix the overlap...

  13. Allow for drag and drop/copying items from one calendar to another.

On the windows version of outlook, you can simply drag items from one calendar to other calendars and it will copy the event over to that calendar.

  14. remove google calendar

When you use a google calendar in Outlook for Mac, you can see all other calendars of colleagues that you have previously seen in google calendar but there is no option to remove them within Outlook so you end up with a massive list of colleagues calendars that it tries to sync unnecessarily

  19. "Suggest a time" window needs to be added for Mac (not "Propose a time" )

"Suggest a time" is not available in Outlook for Mac and it should be added. This is not "propose a time" but rather the PC option that shows you the conflicts and best times for each attendee before you actually schedule the meeting!!!!

  20. Make any calendar entry duplicatable

My boss travels the same route several times a month with multiple stops. Entering the same flight information over and over is unnecessary and time consuming. Would be so much easier and faster to just duplicate an existing entry and change the date.
