Make search look and work like it does for Windows
The search function for the Windows version of Outlook is fast, easy to use, and in a convienient location. The version for Mac is in the upper right corner, not easy to quickly select search options, and overall is not as easy to use.
Move the search box to the same location on the Mac client and allow for quick drop downs on what to search for. Overall make search on the Mac just as fast and easy to use as the Windows version

I wish I could search primary mailbox and archive simultaneously in Mac Outlook 2016, as in OWA and Outlook for Windows.

Right now, basically, there is no way to search properly. It's rudimentary at best. When I search, I search with known criteria: from PersonX, subject line ABC, with attachment.
While I can find the search box, it will not find contacts, even if they exist. It usually comes up with no results, even if the contact exists.

And more generally, make all Mac Office software behaviors identical to their Windows counterparts. In other words, use the same code base on all platforms. Everyone wins.
I've lost the search box altogether in most recent update. Where might I find it now?

I couldn't find the search box at all, was looking for ages! Now that I know where it is I was able to search. To my mind it is clearly in the wrong place currently.

Allow the user to search All Mail straight away from the search box.
How about just making all of MS Office work like it does for Windows?
