Remove/otherwise clarify button that hides ribbon(next to feedback smiley)
Customers inadvertently hide the ribbon, and then are under the impression that there's something wrong with the network/their account that they can't send since they see the undo/redo/print buttons as greyed-out and don't see the send button.
Sometimes I need to scroll the ribbon when composing a window which hides the send button. It would be great if that button didn't scroll out of view, but instead stayed pinned to the left side of the compose window.

I don't want to close the ribbon without my separate operation (such as clicking the rightmost ^ button).
In Outlook for Mac 16.19, clicking the current tab of ribbon (Home/Organize/Tools) closes the ribbon, but clicking another tab doesn't.
I cannot keep that in my mind and I often closes the ribbon unintendedly.

This is very important to us users

Have the ribbon autohide and not have to be open or closed.
