Example, if an email is from Sender A -OR- Sender B -OR- Sender C, apply this rule. Specifically, I set up a folder for industry newsletters and I want to automatically move newsletter emails to that folder so they don't clutter my inbox. Today, since Rules do not allow me to set a single rule that can apply to emails received from any one of multiple senders, I have to create literally dozens of individual rules to move emails from individual organizations to my folder. Outlook used to have the ability to create rules like "if sender = Sender A, or if sender = Sender B, then move to folder _____"

As an Outlook user with many IMAP rules, I need to be able to continue to use these IMAP rules on the new Outlook UI. Currently I am not able to do this.

The "Rule" tool is volatile and also often misfunctions. For example, I try to move emails (IMAP) to a particular folder, but it often don't/will not work.
So please look into the "Rule" function, so it works properly as it both support and helps me as a user.

Add the setting and clearing of flags to the rule actions - this is a fundamental feature!

In message rules. Within SMTP, also put the option to read on the message string.

Please fix the Rules validations on Mac Outlook! I'm running 16.34 (20020900), and it seems like EVERY ONE OF MY RULES fails validation and Mac Outlook will not tell me what the problem is. It just marks the whole rule as having an error and only gives me the option of REMOVING IT ENTIRELY or inspecting it WITHOUT TELLING ME WHAT THE VALIDATION ISSUE IS!
My rules caused no issue on Windows Outlook and I can still edit and maintain them using the Web Outlook 365. They also appear to function on the server.

Right now we are forced to manually type (duplicate effort) mail rules for the various email account types. This idea would let us type the rule once and then just click check boxes to say where it applies. This would minimize our effort in using rules to manage our inboxes. Better yet, by default, it would be useful to have all rules apply to the consolidated Inbox that Outlook creates.

We simply need a straightforward implementation of Boolean AND/OR/NOR etc. This is desperately lacking in the current rules functionality. Thanks!

Be able to create an automatic rule such that once I have replied to a message the original message is moved to another folder.

If I need to make some bulk rule edits, they have to be manual
I'd like to export my rule set as yaml or json, edit the text file, then re-upload.
Alternately, add a "rule duplicate" option -

You have added the ability to add a rule based on the Reply-To and given us the ability to say "Is" or "is Not" in a group, with the group dropdown list.
Please extend that to the "Return Path" of the email as well. Right now I get a ton of scams that are spoofing my own email address so I added my email addresses all to a group so i could base them off that, but these emails are now spoofing my "reply-to" as my email and their emails are only in the "return path" of the emails.
We cannot block anything from them as they are 100% a single or multiple images so there is no text to block.
If we can have the Groups choice added to a Return Path choice that we have already with the Reply To, that would help a lot! Thanks!

Allow starting from a blank rule and add "Apply rule on messages I send"

One ruleset that would be a GREAT help to my company is the ability to do rules based on the time the email came in. For example, if an email comes in between 00:00am and 06:00am, forward the email to a night-worker.

I would like to be able to apply a rule to a mail which satisfies TWO header conditions like that need to be applied with AND:
* Header Contains "X-Assignee: username"
* Header Contains "X-Action: edit"If a mail satisfies both, do something.

We should be able to use rules to rename subjects in email (using file attachment name) like is possible in Flow.
