Support for Google (Gmail) calendars

Support for Google Calendars is now fully available as of 16.13.513+ builds of Outlook for Mac. Note that this requires Office 365 subscription and re-adding your Google account again via Tools > Accounts (existing IMAP accounts are left as-is).
Please contact us using Help > Contact Support if you have any questions or issues.

Make Internet Calendars (Gmail) available as of Outlook 2019 for MAC OS X. This should have been EXPLICITLY stated B4 I purchased the Office Suite for my Mac.

I understand that it is available for Office 365, but not all of us have that option.

When will this be added for volume licenses?

Honestly? Excluding features for users of a non-subscription version is ridiculous!

Can you explain the steps in re-adding the Google account? Do I delete the account and then add it again?

How can I sync my Google Calendar and Google Address Book with MS Outlook 2016 for MAC?
-
Miguel Castillo commented
Please give us support for sync google task and also google calendar. That's basic for working every day.
Please consider it soon, thanks! -

How about we make this a capability for EVERYONE!? It's ridiculous. Also, I'm not paying for a 365 subscription. This is exactly why I don't use Microsoft products unless I'm forced to.

This is unacceptable. Is Microsoft joking? I can believe that the "compatibility" and "supported features" really means "I'll make a copy of all your staff in my cloud and I'll sync it with gmail's one" that really means, pay twice and once you are in my cloud it will be easy to stay with me and leave you previous provider... Very disgusted for that

Really unacceptable to have a cash requirement of subscription with Mac. That's not the case with Windows. Why?
-
katie commented
Yeah, um, would have liked to have known it would be Office 365 only before I plunked down my cash for Office 2016. Will this ever be done??

Hi - well this seems to work in that my shared calendar is now visible. However - the private one is not. Is there some other configuration that is needed ?

Finally, this is a great feature and I am now very happy with Outlook for Mac. In fact I am happy with office 365 for mac. If only we could get Visio for Mac.
