The New Outlook
The New Outlook seems not to support email.
When I click on it I get: The following accounts and items aren't supported and won't be available in the new Outlook.
It then lists all my email accounts, IMAP, POP, Gmail and Outlook plus On My Computer folders

If you cannot import My computer folders - the new outlook will not be adopted simple. Seems like a product management failure to not consider that people offload mails to their computers and with no migration pathway you should have GA-ed the product. Fix this post haste or you will see less adoption of the change that you want to champion amongst Mac users.

The new program did not copy about half the individuals nor ANY LISTS from my Contacts. That means I have no way of emailing the 700 subscribers to a concert series I run, nor to a Memorial Garden, nor - even - the list of people to be contacted when I die. This is a DISASTER.

Your new program is a disaster for me. It did not properly transfer the lists among my Contacts lists nor many of the individual names. That means that I cannot email the subscribers to a concert series I run (about 700 names) nor to a list of volunteers to a Memorial Garden nor, even, the list of people to be notified when I die. This must be corrected immediately!!!

The new interface is awful, it looks unprofessional and only supports a single email type. IF this goes out as the default, I for one will be dropping Outlook on my Mac's for good. Why do we constantly have to have new and "improved" UIs, if its not broke is a good option. Fix the issues we do have like archiving the DB properly rather than fiddling with bits few people actually want or need.

****, I actually like the design and customization of the new Outlook for Mac, but can't switch over until it supports all mail acc types. Outlook is my all in one solution for business and personal emails. Don't force me to use different email programs.
Also, what's the problem with migrating "On My Computer" accounts from Old to New? I use that to archive older records that I want readily available to search but segregated from the active mail accs. Or, are there better alternatives for this use? -

The new outlook is not friendly. I can't select a conference room in it and can't watch multiple days planning when I book a meeting.

Typically Microsoft..Release something that doesn't work properly and no ETA or whatsoever when fixing this stuff.
If it doesn't work properly DON'T release it!!!

Is anyone from Microsoft reading these comments? Microsoft released a new version of Outlook for the Mac that can't access my IMAP and POP emails…how ridiculous is this? I can't believe this is still under review since June? I’m paying for something I can’t get. I think I need to work from another platform other than Outlook. So, so disappointing.
MICROSOFT PLEASE PAY ATTENTION -

How can I add shared calendar in New Outlook?

The new Outlook for Mac looks great - very slick! But as it does not support any of the email services I actually use then it proved absolutely useful and I quickly switched back to old Outlook.

Why is there no IMAP support for the new outlook. IMAP has been for decades and yes folks on Comcast and more use IMAP. So please support IMAP.

Frustrating - if you're going to offer the new look for email then it should support ALL email accounts. All my email accounts are supported. I would prefer the new look since it reduced the need to navigate. Lets hope MS will fix the problem - otherwise I may have to switch to Gmail that allows you to navigate from one screen.

VERY Disappointed with the New Outlook for MAC. Why would MicroSoft EVER release a version of software that doesn't support the one of the major email format, that's just PPP. Scrum team need to relook at it's priorities and push this issue to the top of the list of requirements for the next release, or many like myself will need to find alternate for Microsoft 365!
