End appointments and meetings early (25-minute meetings)
Allow Office for Mac users to set the default meeting duration to end early, i.e. 25 min for 30 minute meetings and 10 minutes less for 1+ hour meetings.
This feature is already supported on Windows client and on GSuite.

My team is moving to make meetings 25 minutes long providing for a small break inbetween back to back sessions. Windows users can use the "End appointments and meetings early" option in their settings to make this automatic when creating a new meeting however Mac users are forced to manually make timing changes to all new meetings. The feature is not feature parity with O365 or the Windows client.

This needs to be added to Mac.
We went with a "first five minutes of a meeting are optional" guideline - so please also add "start late" while you're implementing "finish early". Just like you already did for Outlook for Windows :)

I don't understand why anyone wouldn't want this functionality, just because they use a different system/platform. The app should be like-for-like, especially for those like me who use Outlook across different devices.

Any reply or support on this from Microsoft development team for Mac Outlook client?
MS - with remote working being the new norm, we need this asap, cheers
Just an awful user experience. I can't use the native app to book meetings because you don't have this feature. I have to use the browser based 365 to book meeting because it does exist in that one. Grrrr, fix this now!
wow this is not in... come on Microsoft. Most tech companies have been on Macs for years!
That would be a great function

Yes I'm sure macOS users will be missing this great feature!

We are implementing this company wide and I don't have a way to comply with it on my Mac. If I set it in Outlook online, it doesn't affect my Mac. I wish MS would start treating Macs as the professional devices they are...
