Fix Preferences > Rules screen to better describe rule errors and not be more strict that Web/Windows Outlook
Please fix the Rules validations on Mac Outlook! I'm running 16.34 (20020900), and it seems like EVERY ONE OF MY RULES fails validation and Mac Outlook will not tell me what the problem is. It just marks the whole rule as having an error and only gives me the option of REMOVING IT ENTIRELY or inspecting it WITHOUT TELLING ME WHAT THE VALIDATION ISSUE IS!
My rules caused no issue on Windows Outlook and I can still edit and maintain them using the Web Outlook 365. They also appear to function on the server.
Mac Outlook should:
1. Indicate the exact validation problem when a rule has an error, so the user has some idea how to fix the rule without removing the whole thing and starting over.
2. Not flag rules as invalid that work fine on the Exchange server, on Windows Outlook, and on Web Outlook 365.

I'm confused. Was this fixed, or is that a generic reply? I don't see anything in the fast release notes that looks like it addresses this: https://insider.office.com/en-us/releasenotes/mac/fast.
