When in the Scheduler for planning a meeting, I skim the 'All Attendees' for gaps in availability. Oftentimes, there's always someone unavailable. I want to be able to pick a time with the fewest conflicts. So more people were unavailable it would show as a darker 'blue' and if there's only one person unavailable it would be a lighter blue. This would be similar to the color coding in the SharePoint site usage: By Time chart.
