Allow us to Customize the RIBBON and Quick Access Toolbar
Reorganize your ribbon so that functions are grouped together, OR better yet, allow users to customize their ribbons and quick access toolbars for their own needs as users on a Windows platform can!

This function should be the basic feature. I believe it.
This lack of control is a very annoying and shameful Windows dominance ploy.
I wholeheartedly support the addition of this feature.
I have created some email template sin Outlook 2016 and it would be great if using these templates was more readily available rather than going....Select File > New > Email From Template.
Our company has just moved to outlook. I use a mac. The lack of basic expected functionality (eg an Undo button/customise ribbon) is genuinely shocking for a product that has been on the market for so long and is so commonly used. It reminds me why I personally swerve microsoft at all possible opportunities due to the seeming absence of connected thinking and usability.

Having used other other Office software, I get the Ribbon is, unfortunately, locked - but to then deny access to customize Quick Bar is user-unfriendly. Not intuitive and a, frankly, bad idea by some there.
And reviewing this and other Forums, its certainly been noticed.
Especially, perhaps, in the Personal version of 365 - where not all the bells and whistles of Outlook (for business) are not immediately required - the ability to Hide the Ribbon, but have user-customized quick links to often-used tasks would be welcome.
As it is, it's distracting bloatware. And tied to subscription access, not really desirable. Just sayin'.

Be able to move ribbons / apps on the top bar panel so I don't have to click right and left every message looking for the app I need. Exp: HubSpot Sales App.
