Allow the ability to customize and set a BCC email address by default, instead of having to enter an email address in the BCC field every time.
Currently, you can only set to BCC yourself as default.
This is available in Outlook for PC and really should be available in the Mac version. Like others I need to forward to a CRM and am unable to do so except manually. Hence I am having to drop Outlook as a mail client which is a shame. Should add it has not been difficult to find alternatives - seems almost every other mail app has this featuire
SalesForce CRM now allows it to connect Outlook emails to its database by using a custom 'address' to BCC. It has a add-on currently , but you have to physically log the emails and it takes A LOT of time, so they fixed it. Now in order to use it from Mac Outlook, need Microsoft to help out the sales people out there!

As more sales teams are using Macs to integrate with their customer base, you really should consider allowing auto BCC. I am right now in the process of switching everything over to a new email client because almost EVERY email client has this functionality. Seems like it would be very easy to code quickly. Wish you would have had it because I am less likely to switch back once I get running on apples Mail. Hope you make the change for your business future.

You offer this on PC, but not on Mac. Yet another example - of many - of your two-tier system for supporting your paying customers.
I've had about all I can take of this approach and think I will need to port my exchange server over to G-Suite, where are there are no such differences between the experience on a Mac or a PC.
