Provide an ability to customize the ribbon, like moving features around. I wanted to move the SEND button farther to the right but can't.
I went from Office 2011 for Mac to Office 365 for Mac last week, and I'm really beginning to regret my decision simply because I cannot customize the ribbon in Outlook. There are no "display next message" or "display previous message" shortcuts when reading an email message. I have to click on the "x" to close my current message and then double click on the next message I want to read. With the large amount of email I have to read each day, this was a simple shortcut I used to quickly navigate through my messages. Now there is too much clicking involved. Please add this option soon.
The greatest curse ever is Microsoft not allowing customization to the ribbon on Outlook for Mac.
Yes! In contacts you removed a feature by not put categories in the left hand panel of addess books. I Depend
this! Argh!. Now you have to do a "deep find" chose categories and put people in a smart folder to make a mailing list. Just to make a mailing list! Mailing list is an option in most other programs. At least you can allow us to put "categories" icon in the ribbon under "Search"
I never had to use a mail program since 1975 where this customization was not possible.

I have multiple problems with Outlook that I could fix by modifying the ribbon. Other Office apps can do this. Why not Outlook.

Please help with this - with so many add-ins, it's really hard to sort and get to what I really need since there's no way to organize or move them.
Make the ribbon customizable. To reply to an email I have to click twice - once to open respond, and then to select reply. This was not always the case.
Provide an ability to customise the ribbon as per our own preferences. The way it is sorted now takes more than double the time it used to for some functions because it a double click to perform the action
