Allow ability to see Calendar (or tasks, etc.) on right sidebar while working in mail. This was previously very helpful in past Windows versions

This is a serious miss in outlook on Mac. Why wouldn't the calendar/tasks sidebar be there? This is a serious hamper to workflow in business applications. As companies have multi platform users more and more (mac and windows) it is very important that all workers have the same ability to manage their tasks and calendar easily.
This feature request appears multiple times under different titles. Please combine them in one request so that the votes are accumulated.
