add skype, telegram, wechat etc to outlook contacts. Outlook contacts is from the 1990's -it only has phone and email. Do none of the outlook developers use skype for example? I am amazed no one has thought of adding this. We only use skype, wechat and telegram. We have no email addresses, and no telephones in our organisations. AS such, outlook doesn't support us. We have to put the skype address etc. into "notes". We need a field for this. Currently, it only has "IM address" which is of no use because it doesnt say which IM - there are about 5 main ones, and probably 20 lesser ones. For us, the trio of skype, wechat and telegram would satisfy 100% of our contacts.
