all features available for PC should be available for Mac, #we_have_paid
it is NOT acceptable to have missing features and apps missing in Office 365 for Mac. #wehavepaid

I agree! @Microsoft: This would be a childish and rather unprofessional strategy. I can't imagine, that anyone will switch to a WINDOWS PC rather than to one of several free mail apps for the Mac.

Please align features and menus between MAC and PC. If you want to compete in the future with Google which is cloud based the applications must be device agnostic.
Exactly, what bugs me is that you can't set a screen template to put more data in the outlook calander. I was so disappointed with the whole office suite across the Mac platform. Don't get me on printing format its just a joke I saw better software in the mid 90s
Reading an email with Outlook Mac that was encrypted on outlook.com doesn't work. It does work with Outlook PC. Either document the difference so the user doesn't waste time trying to get it to work and then have Microsoft technical support waste their time and more of the user's time.

I feel that we need to have equal access as we pay for the software. Thankyou
I think all we Mac users know that will never happen. It isn't, shall we say, in Microsoft's interests to do so. I would do as you are suggesting - quit your subscription to O365 and use a half-decent free version. There are plenty out there.
Office 365 For Mac should have the same features available that PC users get. You are paying for a half built product and this simply isn't good enough. I would like to be able to swap over from Google Docs but I am seriously looking at cancelling my office 365 subscription and going back to using Gmail / Calendar and Google Docs directly as there really isn't any point me using office 365 for Mac. It is as though Microsoft purposely want to focus on a product for their PC customers. If you made the product equal to that available to your PC customers then I will be happy.

There are many features of Outlook 365 (Mac version) available on the web version but NOT on the desktop application. A couple that come straight to mind is, for example, when writing and email there are no encryption icon or delivery receipts options. When will all the same features be available.
