1. Make it so on a MAC Outlook can print a list of contacts selected. Have the options to select what can be on the list such as
F&L Name
Some or all phone #'s
Some or al of the address (city & State Separate)
When building a contact list have . a drop down i can draw from to add to the list like on the windows side of outlook

This is a critical feature and I add my name to the list of others who would like to see it enabled.
My computer (Mac) failed recently and I had to use an old nearly defunct Mac in the interim while the new one was being repaired. I had no reasonable way to transfer contacts. Nor could I print out a contact list. For three weeks I was unable to do the needed communications. That seems a pretty basic app and should be made available. -

It is so inconvenient to have to do a workaround in order to print the contacts on a Distribution List. Please fix this! Thanks,

I am amazed that a company as strong and powerful as Outlook has not made this and other things for MAC users not functional. While we are a small company we made the decision to move from GSuite to Outlook Exchange and there are SO many things that are not functional for our MAC users. This is the latest hurdle, and the solution from your support team to copy and paste the list into a word document, puts all 200 names into a paragarph form, which means I'd have to do HR after each name to make a list. It also is confusing in that the print icon is there, but nothing happens. I hope that you will take us MAC users into consideration and move this fix and other MAC anomalies up in your priority list of fixes.

I have frequently had a need to print off my contacts from a group contact list. It is not possible currently. Could you please make this a priority. It's a great way for RSVP's and general tracking of information, by contact name on a large contact list. I have one contact list with 41 contacts, others with 60, and others with 120+. We would appreciate it a lot!

I just learned that there is no feature to allow a Mac Outlook to print a contact list. I would really like to have this feature for my business needs. Thank you

Yes, I really would like to see the option to print selected contacts, by category or name and be able to do MAILING LABELS.... as I have my contacts set up with a Holiday card category and print off mailing labels for envelopes. Or atleast I have done this in the past. However, Have not been able to figure it out on this new Windows update. Please make this an option. Thank You, Kerry

just became a new Mac owner from PC world.. a bit learning curve.. I would like to print the list of contacts from a specific "contact List" or 'distribution list" so I am able to check the email addresses from a sheet of paper. There is also nothing online to indicate you can or can't do that.. so. frustrating!!
Also why is the quick print icon as well as the menu print option indicating I am able to do so..??thanks

Taking a Screenshot does work BUT to print 25 names with their job title from one company I had to do 4 separate screen shots of the names which is awkward but worked. Is there not some way to make it simpler? I generally have my contact names listed under the Company Name. I understand by clicking on a specific name all the info is shown name, title, company, phone no’s email addresses and office address and if I want a printed copy that info is printed. BUT a list of the contact names doesn’t require the phone the company name, phone no’s, email address, company address as they are generally the same for each contact. So just being able to print the list of contacts and job titles that come up on the screen would be very helpful when I want a hard copy of the names.
