Make EVERYTHING just like Windows.
Why can't Office for Mac programs have the same features and customizations as Office for Windows ?!?! You can enlarge buttons in Outlook Windows, but not Mac; You can customize the ribbon in Outlook Windows, but not Mac; you can enlarge the folder font in Outlook Windows but not Mac, etc. etc. etc. Other than trying to punish people for purchasing a Mac instead of Windows, what could possibly be the reason for this?
I totally agree with this. I am a longtime Office user, and pretty strong technically, and find the OS X version of Office to be less than quality. This made sense when Macs were such a small percentage of the machines in use but that ration is changing and Microsoft has done nothing to help those of us that like using Macs, or even both systems. It would be USER FRIENDLY to have the same feel and techniques for both OS systems as many people use both, as I do.
In fact, using your HELP feature and virtually talking to your support, I found that the information that support provided to fix my issue was wrong. I even indicated that I was an OS X user, in this case, but that didn't help the fact that we wasted both my time and the techs heading down the wrong path.
I also agree with Christopher Blake and his remarks. This is a less than quality integrated application for those using the Mac. Either we should get reduced pricing or MS should make both products equally as robust. Maybe OS restrictions will make it tough for a 100% duplication but the effort must be put in to make it as easy as possible for people to transition back and forth between the OSes.

Absolutely agree. The ONLY frustration I've had migrating to MacOS has been the Office products not having parity. Example- in windows there's a module that shows calendar/mail/tasks/etc but in Mac Outlook I can only view one at a time rather than a list containing all exchange objects. 20 years of using a single pane of glass, thwarted by poor UI design on the Mac platform.
