Allow fluid scrolling by the selected view, via mouse scroll or Magic Mouse gesture of calendar screens (similar to Calendar on Mac OS).

horizontal scrolling across weeks is a no brainer - the tiny left right arrows in the top left corner are, well, tiny
Using magic mouse should be able to sweep past and future like Apple's calendar - I might have to go back to it!

I am assuming this is what Kyle means, but specifically for my case: I love the next 7 days view, and the ability to fluidly scroll horizontally would be great. My workflow is 7 days a week with a lot of last minute adjustments to accommodate our staff and volunteers (i.e. schedule out past 14 days is almost futile). A 7 day 'window' with easy scrolling would be a terrific improvement over the fluid vertical month view where its difficult to see daily schedules on a granular level.

Infinite scrolling in the calendar for earlier and / or later months like iCal and ALL calendar programs. Only Outlook does not do this. Whe

It would be really great to be able to scroll backwards/forwards (smooth, between weeks) in month view without having to switch between months.
This would give a better contextual view when planning or reviewing.

I see numerous requests for calendar continuous scrolling, but I would like to be able to select multiple weeks (such as 2) to view a custom multi-week display. This is useful when attempting to schedule events that span month end/begin.

Silly that this is not already a feature!
