Assign category with Keyboard Shortcut
When users create or edit a category, they can optionally specify a keyboard shortcut for each individual category.
When an email or calendar item is selected, when the user presses a previously specified keyboard shortcut, the category assigned to that shortcut is applied to the active item (group of items) selected.

I have tried to assign a keyboard shortcut for Mac Outlook via Settings in the MacOS shortcut settings.
The shortcut is F1 to toggle a yellow category to my email item, and F2 to toggle a red category to my email item.
This feature does not work 100%; after several uses of it, the shortcut setting I created simply throws the mailbox view down to the bottom of the email list with no desired effect. If I close Outlook and re-open, it will work briefly and then fail again.
This seems to be a bug and I would like a response; I have been working with the in-app customer support and they told me this is my only option to bring it up here.
Implement the very useful command shift C or M existing on Mac in Windows.
Implement the search of folder existing with this shortcut to open the folder.

You should add 'Shortcuts' under the 'Help' drop down and when you click it, it displays a full list of ALL available keyboard shortcuts in Outlook available to you at that time in that version.

Please add an option for assigning a keyboard shortcut to "Purge Deleted Items' for IMAP mailboxes.
When using the keyboard shortcuts command +/command -, only the fonts are increased or decreased. Can we make the shortcuts operate as a browser and increase and decrease the entire view and not just the fonts

Please add option for custom shortcuts as your competitors does. This is must have option as your shorctus are kind of complex. E.g. for move to the folder I just want to hit "M".
