Ya, when in full screen mode, it's nearly impossible to catch the messages from support since they toggle back/forth with the "Connected to" and "All folders..." msgs. So, the lower right constantly gives the same information and gets ignored.

I like the ability to contact and interact with support directly through the product. But the implementation is very basic. Some features that I think would be worth considering:
    1) Better notification when support responds to requests. It's nearly invisible and easy to overlook.
    2) A better editing experience for support entry. A one-line text box that sort of auto-expands is limiting. Perhaps a drag to expand feature or a more complete editing mode similar to MS Teams chat/conversation entry
    3) How about the ability to have multiple support requests going, complete with history and numbering
    4) Maybe a better solution or extra feature would be to allow initiating requests from the product and then moving to or supplementing with traditional email support process.

It's very easy to miss responses from support in Outlook Desktop Mac. Perhaps making the notification bold or in a bright, contrasting color (or both) would help.
