Import / Export signatures
It would be great to be able to import/export Outlook signatures like it can be done in Outlook for Windows in order to use them in both operating systems

Instead of waiting for the Dev team, I found this:
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/html-email-signature-outlook/id1101267774?mt=12Here's the process I used with this app:
1. Copy signature over to Microsoft Word including images. Note: good luck with the image placement in Word, that always drives me nuts.
2. Save the doc as "webpage, unfiltered". Select Yes at the warning prompt. This will generate a .html file.
3. Open that .html file in Chrome, and right-click to select "View Page Source"
4. Copy all the html code. Note: any images need to be stored on a webserver in png/jpg and using https:// to prevent annoying warnings. An SVG file won't work for instance.
5. Paste this into the "HTML Email Signature - Outlook" app.
6. I kept Outlook closed during the process of applying the signature. It works great! -

Ability to export signatures or have the signatures centrally stored in 365 cloud. This is really quite necessary for migrating users between machines. @LukeHamburg has summed it up perfectly here:

This is what I'm looking for when using outlook for Mac on multiple computers. Using about 30+ signatures (standard text) and setting up one by one is time consuming.

Yes, export/import of signatures is vary important for me as well.
In addition, I'd like to export/import all the rules and folders I created for my filter Rules. How could you include expert of sigs in Windows, but not for Mac? Tsk.

I would appreciate that functionality as well!
Could you then please make it easier to copy/past all the models of signatures at the same time so that we can update and edit them easily? I thank you in advance! Candice. -

Why can thousands of emails port over but it's so tough to get a handful of addresses?

This would have been a big help as we are migrating from Office home additions to Office Business Premium.
