i suggest you allow for pictures to be abel to be inserted into body of calendar invite (inline instead of just an attachment) This allows for . a nice visual if sending a party invite
I have tried doing this repeatedly. Tried the copy and paste (RGB or CMYK image) and it still won't work from Mac Outlook.
I agree. I have Outlook 365 for Mac and I've tried to create appointments for a future date/time (sometimes with an attachment) and an error dialog box comes up saying that it can't be saved. Ironically though, it does do it..! I've raised this with the Support Team and they acknowledge the issue and suggested that I post it on here as a potential development idea.

I have tested this feature and Outlook for Mac 365 will not allow for a picture to be inserted in the body. Even trying copy/paste, I received an error message saying: Outlook can't save images in this kind of item. Another disappointing feature of Outlook for Mac 365.

You CAN insert pictures into the body of a Calendar appointment or meeting - the trick is that you must COPY the image file and then paste it into the body; you will then have the opportunity to resize it, etc.
