Allow users the option of disabling the pop-out window when creating new emails
I absolutely hate that whenever I want to compose and send a new email, a new window opens up (pops out) and I have to use that to compose/send messages. It is really annoying. Why can't we just compose and send emails within the window that we already have open? Or, at least, users should have the option to turn off the "pop-out window" feature if they don't like it (which I don't).

The new outlook has removed the feature to make a 'new message' not pop out.

Please make an option to open new messages (command-N on the Mac) as a new window instead of in the preview pane. This was the behavior of the previous version and should be user-selectable. Perhaps the feature exists now but I cannot find it. Please advise if that already exists.

when replying to an email is the new feature and experience called “Nested compose in the Reading Pane” in the New Outlook for Mac, which is designed to reply to messages without opening a new compose window.
And currently, there is no option to set to open replies in new window in the New Outlook. This option is sorely missed. -

If you expect me to use "New" Outlook, you *must* provide an option to have all write/reply operations open a new window. It is IMPOSSIBLE to complete any non-trivial message when you cannot use the main window to look up other messages, check the calendar, etc.
Requiring that I click on "Continue is separate window" every single ********** time means I will not be using Outlook any more, company requirements be damned.

Since the "New Outlook" in 16.40, new messages, replies, and forwards display inline. No other options. End of story. I like my Windows. I am often referencing e-mails while composing one. Please provide for the same option to change as it is on Windows OS.

Thank you for sharing this idea. Yes, I would like to request to stop pop-out window while composing new message or replying.
Additionally, the search bar position should be on the top of email list.
