Signature Editor - Export/Import
As described in my detailed post (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msofficeoutlook-msomac-mso_o365b/outlook-2016-mac-signatures-how-to-export-import/1bfa4b27-4ea4-46c1-8263-c92ae557b277) the Signature editor in Outlook for Mac 2016 needs an import/export feature. It is very difficult to format a signature because there is no real "editor" in the tiny window, no way to easily choose fonts, colors, styles, etc. And the copy/paste of HTML content is very buggy and often ends up looking terrible.
It is possible, with a lot of work and careful tweaking, to create a halfway-decent looking signature. However - there is no way to "back up" or transfer this to another machine, so you basically have to start all over again if you have multiple Macs or get a new computer.
A simple export/import function for the olk15Signature files would at least be helpful.

Good news. Starting in the April production release (version 16.12) there is an improved signature editor in Outlook for Mac, addressing this key piece of feedback:
“It is very difficult to format a signature because there is no real “editor” in the tiny window, no way to easily choose fonts, colors, styles, etc. "
Please refer to the Outlook Blog on Tech Community for more details:

We are marking this suggestion as Completed for the improved editor functionality. If you still require import and export of signatures, please open a new suggestion for consideration.
Thanks,
Outlook for Mac team

Outlook for Mac, congratulations on skilfully avoiding the request. Refer to last paragraph of Luke H's post; "A simple export/import function for the olk15Signature files would at least be helpful." The export/import function or at least a Finder location for the signature files to be able to copy signatures to would be greatly appreciated

a better way to manage signatures has been need for years... I have given this feedback multiple times, but Outlook 365 only gets worse with every update. Truly a piece of **** software.

As the author already stated: Signature management ist totally **** in Mac-Version!
The editor is tiny and ridiculous, no import/export - not even copy&paste works... -.-

This is needed, but actually making the html signatures work in outlook for Mac would be better!!!!!!

Please overhaul the signature editor. The macOS version looks like it was never finished. At least match the windows experience.
Trying to match the company required signature (which was developed on a pc) is 99% impossible for the average mac user.
This seems like something that should be a non-issue for a "paid" service.
