I suggest you make the right click option on the weather to remove this unneccesary feature
Are you annoyed to about unwanted features that you cannot switch off? Like the weather on the calendar.

There is an option to disable the weather display in calendar view. Outlook --> Preferences --> Calendar-->Show current weather on calendar (at the very bottom). Clear the check from the checkbox
