Don't pass focus to Reminders window.
I'm a big hotkey user, and will open a small group of Outlook items (emails, tasks, etc.) at a time, and then Cmd+W to close them as I'm done with each, but the little reminder window in the corner generally gets the focus as any window is closed, which is a problem because it's not a flashy or central window, so I don't often notice that the front-and-center window I'm reading lacks OS focus. So when I hit cmd+W again to close the email I just read, I get an alert in the corner asking me if I want to dismiss all reminders.

I just posted this same complaint to the regular Outlook for Mac forum before coming here and seeing you had already posted the same request. Got my vote.
The problem is the alert "Dismiss all reminders?" has two equally bad options: "Would you like to dismiss all reminders when closing this window, or just close the window?"
NO! where is the Cancel button? I do not want to close one reminder, I do not want to close all reminders. I do not want to close the reminder banner at all but somehow it snuck up and took focus on top of my other email windows so Control-W closed the Reminder banner rather than my frontmost email window.
There should be a way to cancel from this dialog, or just prevent the Reminders banner from becoming the frontmost window.
