Support for Apple iCloud calendar
Thanks for voting!
One alternative is to subscribe to iCloud calendar with your Exchange/O365 email accounts or any Outlook account, and then sync the same accounts in Outlook for Mac. See details:
Please do both! (Gmail + iCloud)

I was elated when I got the message about google cal integration - please, please, please add iCal and contacts - it is so frustrating without and I avoid using Outlook because of this.

This is essential for Mac users. I'm support this enhancement. thanks!
Perhaps a great idea to split up caldav and cardiac in Google and iCloud. But please please remove this https://outlook.uservoice.com/forums/293343-outlook-for-mac/suggestions/13553865-support-for-apple-icloud-contacts-and-calendar to avoid confusion on which one to vote for.

Come on.. this is outlook for MAC... support for icloud is a NO BRAINER.. if you didn't intend to support it you should not have written a mac version of outlook. .

A Mac version of Outlook without support of iCal seems useless to me...
Please add support for iCloud calendar (CalDAV)! People are waiting for that feature for so long. It is an important option for many of us. While Apple must be blamed for removing the sync features from an earlier version of OS X, Microsoft should have been added iCloud sync (CalDAV) as an alternative for quite a long time know.
People may be forced to make an unwanted change to an alternative software package if this option is still missing in the future versions of Outlook for Mac.

Can this include the ability to sync tasks and notes, in particular? Thank you!
Make it possible to select a calendar and contactdatabase as standard. I prefer Ical and Contacts as it is also my standard in iPhone and on my iPad

The bug I have discovered is related to the subject of this thread. For me, when I download an iCal event .ics file from a service like GoToMeeting, when I click the .ics file to add it to my calendar, the Outlook Account Calendar that the event gets added to is NOT my default Outlook Account, but rather my second account. Also, I am unable to choose to place it in my Default Outlook Account. I have two Outlook 365 Exchange mailboxes in my Outlook. In my opinion, this is a SERIOUS bug.

Unbelievable that the feature is available on all the mobile platforms but not on the desktop version. It would probably take some newbie programer a whole six minutes to add this feature!

I just bought Office 2016 Home & Business for Mac specifically for Outlook only to find it will not sync with my Apple calendar. I can't believe it!! This package is going back to microsoft as it's useless to me.

outlook is unable to accept calendar invitations and store them in my onmicrosoft domain. It stores in the local calendar on mac. i sync via onmicrosoft domain, becaus i want to use outlook on the iphone too. therefore i loose all events on external devices that sync via the exchange service in my microsoft account, after accepting invitations. why dont you just synchronize (onmicrosoft & local calender - as well as ical)
this will enable all folks who use third party calendars to sync via onmicrosoft domain and use many different devices.
same applies to people and tasks
Pathetic. I assume MS realizes that not supporting basic features like iCal only works b/c employees are forced to use ****** products. Given the option most users would use a product that provides basic tools like iCal.
