Not being able to share mailing lists is a huge deal breaker for me. It makes no sense to waste time manually copying and pasting individual emails into a list to only be on one computer.

there are 5 of us that share an account on Outlook. I have done most of the work assembling contact groups etc and now I cannot share them because all other 4 use PC's. what is wrong with this pic??

It makes no sense that you can share a distribution list on a pc and not on a mac. Sales people use mac's. At the very least you should be able to export the list to a csv file and import it back in even if the group is nor "forward able"
