I'd love to use Outlook for all my calendaring, but I can't due to the inability to a) add locations (I can only add contacts' addresses as locations?) and b) link the address to a map to get a "time to leave" alert like Calendar.app as Aaa says below.

I would like to see that too. Funny is, that in Outlook for iOS I am able to see the map. But it should work like in iCal.

Agree with all the below. Calendar.app on Mac/iOS allows me not only to enter a physical address for any meeting/appointment, but integrates with Maps.app to provide directions and alerts me when it's "time to leave". This is a fantastic resource which I'd love in Outlook to stop me needing to keep Calendar.app open.

Add a Bing data validation for the Address so that they are properly formatted. Apple Calendar does this already.

When adding a location for a meeting allow also to enter an address and show it on a map. In this way the attendees can plan the route much easier.
