Create a mail merge-like feature
Create a mail merge-like feature allowing users to personalize mass emails by inserting merge fields based on contact records (e.g. first name, company etc).
I am having constant problems and now a lack of confidence
in outlook and word mail merge. one minuet the signature needs to added in word and the next I have two signatures coming up! is this problem because I am using a Mac or is a problem with mail merge?
Yes, I am all for implementing this feature as it would be a very useful function when mass mailing.
We definitely need a mail merge feature for Mac users - seems inconceivable not to be able to create envelopes or mailing labels from Outlook Contacts.

Allow the preview feature for mail merge to include email addresses in the display too.
I could envision this as a "wizard" within outlook that allows you to paste in columns from an excel sheet or manually type them in. Then shows you your message and allows you to add in the personalized fields.
Apple needs to come to the table immediately on this. Microsoft Word will NOT allow email merge without using Outlook. But you cannot import your Address book from Apple to Outlook and thus cannot do an email merge. This is ever so frustrating for companies who need to email merge a document!!!

Mail merge is not working in Outlook Mac. the option to send. merge to email is not working in word file as well ..
There is not option to merge email in outlook for mac.
