Make the Mac version of Outlook 2016 calendar fully functional
Office 2016 Outlook for Mac is not fully functional (a big disappointment). I cannot see the calendars of fellow employees on our Exchange network (18,000 employees) as I can with the Windows version and this makes trying to schedule meetings with multiple people a nightmare. Is there an upgrade that will add this function soon? Makes Outlook useless unless using a Windows PC (which does not work with most programs we use). Would be an essential add on feature for Otlook 2016 for Mac.

This genius proposal takes the place of many other suggestions wich simply beg MS to bring over to Mac this or that feature that only Windows users get.
The feedback below is heading in the same direction! It might make sense to combine these? Since the one below is more concrete than this one mentioned here.
The calendar does not show meetings of others marked 'private'. For what reason? We have to use the online calendar to be able to schedule meetings today.
Without same calendar functionality as Windows (seeing other calendars), the calendar on a Mac is still useless. I suggest using OWA- works the same on all devices and platforms. MUCH better than Outlook for Mac.
essential add-on or critical compatibility issue between the two versions of the application? this was a huge oversight.
