This should be a priority update for Outlook for Mac. The conversation view is useless without this feature being updated.

On my windows machine, I can simply move a whole conversation to a subfolder, including my own messages that are part of the conversation that are in the "sent" folder, by dragging it.
When I do this on MAC, my own messages remain in the "sent" folder ... this means I have to do double cleanup work, both in my inbox and in my sent folder... why oh why??? Keeping my folders clean is important when facing a daily e-mail tsunami, and now I hesitate when on Mac, because I know that at a later time I'll have to do the double action on what's in my sent folder. -

Not only should all messages included in the conversation (including sent messages or messages already filed in other folders) but the conversation should appear under the new message that appears in the inbox (ie in the middle pane), versus having to click on a button that opens the conversation in the right pane.

Conversation mode shall display all e-mails from all folders. Like in Outlook for Windows.
