Outlook for Mac

Customize the ribbon

The ribbon can be customised in Word, but not in Outlook. For instance, the placement of addin could be chosen (e.g. webex, which is working fine, by the way), or the very bad placement of the "send and receive" is dramatic

I often have to scroll the ribbon to the left or switch to "Options" to find the option I want, then find that I have to scroll it back to hit the Send button.

Can't we just pin the send button so it is always visible.

Very frustrating not being able to add the Print on ribbon

This feature would make a big difference to Outlook for Mac. It's very frustrating not to be able to customise the ribbon and it would allow me to optimise my workflow a lot better!

Please add this feature, the new Outlook ribbon has a different format and should be editable. It is hard to view & work with. Adding an ability to move things around would be very beneficial.

Please make a possibility to choose between Dark Mode and Light Mode for Outlook on MAC. Dark Mode is very ugly.
All other native non-Microsoft apps are having such option or at least they looks great comparing to Outlook...

I would like to be able to customize the ribbon by adding Font buttons and other buttons. Mac users love the ability to customize!! Colors!! That is what makes a Mac, a Mac!

Please add additional functionality to ribbon. I'd like to have the ability to add buttons and especially to rearrange them. Thanks.

I feel like MS has gone backwards not forwards and apparently a dispute btwn Apple and MS still exists.
    -No custom contact fields
-Inability to view email history for contact in Contact
-No added ribbon commands i.e., Save and New is a simple request! Why would anyone using a MAC want to use Outlook like this? Tedious. Disappointed!

Another thing that bugs me is that when you move an email to a folder, it doesn’t close. So, First you have to move it. Then you have to close it.

it used to be that moving an email into a folder was simple, one click then drag to a folder. sometimes you would need to search for another folder. Now, unless your expand your Outlook window to at least 70% of the width of the screen, when you click to move an email, another subset of icons shows up and you have to click on the move icon again. What a pain!!!!!!

I HATE how congested the ribbon is now. I should be able to make my own just like in Excel!!!!!!

I am also responsible for the graphic design and promotional email design for my company. I need to be able to add commands and customize the Ribbon to what I need and be able to insert HTML into an email. I find the current version of Office 365 to be very lacking in usability for me.

Can this be added to the OSX application? Microsoft should have the same functionality across each OS.

YES. Why in the world would this have been removed? MAC is here to stay, and is fast becoming VERY common in corporate environments. It is well past time to have TRUE feature parity between the Windows and OSX versions of Microsoft Office applications. Wake up Microsoft!

Make the Ribbon fully customisable. At least the size of the buttons, but also be able to move the buttons around, add or remove buttons.

The design of the interface of Outlook for Mac in Office 365 is clumsy, to say the least. Ignores the logic of grouping elements with similar purposes and basic ergonomics.
In addition, does not allow users to personalize Outlook for efficiency. It appears the designers were thinking against users.
Please take notice of what users need; the design of a user interface is not a game to satisfy designers' ego.
