Customize the ribbon
The ribbon can be customised in Word, but not in Outlook. For instance, the placement of addin could be chosen (e.g. webex, which is working fine, by the way), or the very bad placement of the "send and receive" is dramatic
I want to customize the ribbon to allow me to more professionally and quickly format text in an email. PLEASE prioritize this. It's embarrassing that it's not already included. Did no one look at the user experience between Word and Outlook?
If you are going to sell Office 365 as a compatible product with the PC, then make it look feel and WORK the same way Thank you
Please add the ability to customize the ribbon in Outlook 365 and allow me to add or move functions! I would like to move the Send/Receive button from the far right side of the screen to the left side.
For most, Outlook is the most important productivity tool in Office. The ability to customize the toolbar would really help. The defaults include too much that is useless to me. Addins are useful but can't be orgnized in a sensible way

I think these forums are useless and no one from Micro-sloth bothers to read them.
For crying out loud, missing this one fundamental feature is inexcusable. Come on - show that you care.
HOW ABOUT AT VERY LEAST A RESPONSE FROM MICROSOFT ON THIS.
Please allow us to edit the add-ins we want to see. I will never use "Send to OneNote" or "MHA View Headers." I want a lean ribbon so that I can easily access what I want to access

Current Apple Mail (Catalina) is rudimentary and shows considerable lack of love from the Company, but Outlook certainly beats it as far as making it consumer unfriendly - locking down the Ribbon and Quick Launch bar, while embedding features within these I don't want / will never need.
I keep returning to Outlook for Mac to see if someone cares at Microsoft, but apparently not. For this, I subscribe and pay a yearly fee?
Maybe I'll just stop kidding myself and delete the product entirely...
I would really like to see this functionality in Outlook for Mac too. I can't see a reason that it's not there since we have the fuctionality to update both the ribbon and the quick access ribbon in other Office applications. Very much looking forward to these coming to Outlook soon.
Is it possible to customise the Ribbon in Outlook on my iMac using Catalina?
Please! This can't be that hard. So many users out here needing this!

This is needed after the "Switch Background" button appeared. I use dark mode all the time, so I never need this button, but now there is an extra click (sideways button) to get to my signatures and to adding pictures.
Please please please fix...
At very least allow us to rearrange the subdivisions. Having attach/add link so far to the right in the compose screen is impractical. Especially on smaller screens like those on a MacBook Air
This is important feature for us. Outlook for windows allows us to customize ribbon and customers are expecting the same for outlook for Mac. It would be nice if you can bring the same functionality for Outlook for Mac also.
Many of customers are demanding our product integration via ribbonbar. This is an important feature required fo future releases so that we can integrate our product features via ribbonbar

Please add :)
please, cannot be that difficult
I always have to drag the window wider than I want it to get the icons to be available without extra clicking around :(
Hey! How about finally doing a good job with Office for mac, eh?
You can't be living under a rock not realizing the amount of business users using MacOS and yet you fail to provide so many basic functions. C'mon Microsoft! Act like the behemoth of a company you are! Gosh!
Please add customizing the ribbon for Outlook 365 Mac
MS can sometimes just be tragic. in fact many times
