Add the Format Text tab to the ribbon
Add the Format Text tab to the ribbon like it is found on Windows when composing emails. This will allow standard styles to be more easily applied.

I wholeheartedly support this idea. In fact, there should be full feature and interface parity between Outlook (Office) for Mac and Windows. This would enhance the user experience.
