An always-available "Archive" button
I've seen documentation stating that an "Archive" button is available in the ribbon for Mac Outlook, however I have the latest version (udated just today) and there is no "Archive" button.
It would be great if there could be an always-available "Archive" button, which immediately moves an email from the inbox to that same account's "Archive" folder.

Just a suggestion, I am not sure I like the way these “panels” slide open so easily. When I TRY to open them (and the archive on the right) they won’t even appear, and then they seem to appear regularly when I DON’T want to see them.

I suggest having an archive function that excludes the archived folder and its contents from general searches, or at least have the option for a general search to include archived folders. Right now, if I move an email to a folder, the folder choices include archived folders that I consider to be closed yet I want to save them. Thanks..
Imolement the archive button for all Exchange server versions

For gmail, there is an archive button, but for exchange inboxes, there isn't. Unfortunately, the term "archive" has classically been used to describe moving mail to an offline pst, rather than the more modern "inbox zero" / GTD description of moving handled messages to an inbox archive. There absolutely needs to be a single button way to move messages in an exchange mailbox to the archive. Similar to how the delete button works, without - you know - the delete part.

I never see the archive button. Is it possible my organization disabled it via group policy?
When in the Clutter folder, the Archive button is not available in the ribbon.
